Happy New Year!

Yes, now that 2014 is rounding third and heading home, it's time for some pics.   I heard through the proverbial grapevine that someone noted, "It is 2014 now".  Touche'!

So I PROMISED to add some pics today.  Since I just remembered the promise and it's getting rather late, I'll begin with three photos.  Let's start at the beginning, shall we.  I've heard it's a very good place to start...

Remember the magical snow that Ralphie awakens to on Christmas morning in the movie, "A Christmas Story"?  We had such a snow on February 2, 2014.  These photos were taken at 11am.  I couldn't believe the snow stuck to everything for that long.

 

 

OK.  We'll continue the 2014 journey tomorrow.  Maybe we'll fast-forward to spring!
